Monster '34!
Every time we think we've seen everything, along comes something
like this! Is it a Hot Rod or a Monster Truck?
We are told that a North Dakota farmer put this together so
he could drive around in the snow. We may be looking at the world's first
SUV.
It's not 4-WD, but it comes with a home made side-stack exhaust.
Sitting behind a remarkably preserved grill is the original
flathead motor which still runs. Farmer Jones banged in the rear quarters
to make room for the tires, then added some homemade rear fenders.
Those are original '34 Ford rims that have been tabbed an
welded to the inner ring of a truck wheel! In the back is a truck rearend.
All four wheels retain the vintage mechanical brakes.
This one of a kind beast comes with a completely stock interior.
Anyone need a stump pulled!
