Due to the volume of e-mail we receive, and to expedite answering it, we ask the following: please do not send your e-mails as attachments or send photos of your vehicle unless requested to do so. Because of the proliferation of virus' on the net, attachments, regardless of how innocent they look, will not be opened or responded to.
In addition, we use keyword spam filtering programs. Be aware of the words you use in headers and in the body of your e-mail, including mis-spellings. If we do not respond to an e-mail you sent, it probably got nailed by a spam filter.
Digital Signitures / encryption - We don't deal with stuff. If you send us an e-mail that requires any of that stuff for us to reply, you're not going to get one. Send us an e-mail from your personal home computer and include alternate contact info like a phone number, just in case.
