Detour!
Normally the car would go from body prep to the paint shop,
but there was a bit more work to be done by the fabrication shop.
A new guage panel needs to be fitted.
Detroit Speed and Engineering subframe connectors and T-56
transmission crossmember need to be installed. Extra power means we'll need
extra strength in the uni-body.
And, if you are going to go faster, it only makes sense to
have a roll bar--just in case.
Last but not least, Hooker headers and side-pipes need to
be fitted.
