If necessary, drill out the power steering pump mounting holes
with a 5/16-inch bit so the bolts will slide through easier. Tighten power
steering pump to bracket with fittings facing out.
Install stud into lower block hole and install the long stand-off
spacer on the stud.
Place the tensioner bracket in place over the water pump and
lower block studs. Install the nuts on all of the water pump studs and tighten.
Tighten all of the nuts to 25 ft. lbs.
Remove the harmonic balancer bolt. Then, install the crank
pulley and reinstall the balancer bolt.
