As the term implies, a frame-off resto starts with taking
the body off the frame. The old wiring will be replaced by a Painless 18-circuit
wiring harness.
The old frame will be replaced with a new one from TCI. The
old gas tank will go as well and be replaced by a 20gal stainless steel
tank from Rock Valley.
New floorboards and firewall from Direct Sheetmetal are part
of the package.
A new Walker Radiator will keep the Windsor from overheating.
A little body work was required.
And finally, reassembly.
