1964 Chevrolet Chevelle "Malibu" Convertible - Grille Insert and Headlights.

Our custom grille insert starts with a cardboard template.

The template is used to create left and right halves rather than being cut as one piece. This will allow for adjustments in fit before being welded together.

7-inch halogen headlights with built-in blinkers will replace the stock GM lights..

Brass bar stock is used to make trim accents for the grille insert.
