Classic SB V-8
Here's a good look at that 265 cubic inch V-8. The single
barrel carb indicates that this was not one of the Power-Pak models.
Here's a look underneath at the Powerglide automatic. Notice
the coil springs and A-arms. This chassis was state-of-the-art for factory
passenger cars in 1956.
Rearend. One of the features of the 1955 chassis was longer
rear leaf-springs to smooth out the ride.
