1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible, Interior.
The interior is not quite stock. The first improvement was
the replacement of the front bench seat with a pair of buckets from glide
engineering. Between them we have added a console with cup holders and a
storage compartment. Oh, and we did it up in leather rather than the original
vinyl.
The dash is stock and has all the original trim. We did add
an ididit tilt column though, and tucked a Vintage Air AC/heater unit up
under there.
A new set of gauges from Classic Instruments. These are specially
designed for the Bel Air dash insert and include a multiple gauge set where
the giant speedo use to be.
No junk in this trunk.
The Optima battery and giant sub-woofer for the stereo system
are hidden behind the rear trunk panel.
The center console hide the stereo.
